Payment Terms:
All orders paid by check or money order must be prepaid in the full amount and made out to EISEMAN-LUDMAR CO., INC.  If you prefer to pay by credit card (we accept all major credit cards), we will charge your account 40% at the initial ordering time and the balance when your order is ready to ship (approximately eight weeks). We do NOT accept credit card orders electronically over the Internet.  Please note that unless you cancel within three (3) days, you are responsible for the entire cost of the order.  All orders must be paid in full at time of shipping.

Lead Time:
Our standard lead time for production is approximately eight weeks.  For orders of ten or more pieces, it is our policy to produce a sample for approval prior to commencing with production of the balance.  In order to save time, we prefer to e-mail an image of the pattern for approval.  If this is not possible, we will send a color copy in the mail.  Please specify your preference on the order form.

Cancellations, Returns, Replacements:
Due to the nature of hand embroidery each Logocrest will have slight variations, which gives each piece a unique character and charm.  Overall, your Blazer Patch, Pillowcrest or Hanging Ornament will look very close to the others in that pattern and will accurately portray the design.  However, we must emphasize that these pieces are NOT photocopies or precisely measured duplications.  Please expect these slight variations when you place your order.  Because all of our work is custom embroidered to match your design, we cannot accept cancellations more than three (3) days from the date your order is received.  We will not be able to issue a credit after such time.

Of course, if we have made an error in the reproduction of your crest (i.e., misspelling, incorrect color placement, etc.), we will replace your order at our expense.  It has been our policy since the founding of our company to stand behind the quality of our work.  However, we cannot be responsible for any change in design, alteration in pattern, or displeasure with the final look of the crest.  If we make the Logocrest in accordance with the instructions we were initially given, it is our policy to hold the customer responsible for the cost of any changes and / or replacements.

Appropriate artwork must be sent to us at:

If you wish to send your artwork to us electronically, we will download it and keep it on file, however we must receive a printed, filled out, and SIGNED copy of our order form in the mail or fax to process your order.

Any artwork supplied will be returned along with your order.

How To Place An Order:

To order our products, please download and print out our order form. In order to process your order, we will need the following:

1) A copy of our ordering form, completely filled out.

2) Your payment information: we accept all major credit cards as well as checks and money orders made out to Eiseman-Ludmar Co., Inc..

3) A clear, color copy of the design you wish to have embroidered.
